“In a recession, we need to make sure Londoners don’t lose out – that their rights are protected.” - Claude Moraes MEP

Claude Moraes MEP, Labour’s Spokesman on Employment & Social Affairs in the European Parliament has campaigned against European Court rulings which could undermine the rights of many London workers.
He has also campaigned to increase protections for London’s temporary agency workers.
Claude recently told a meeting of London trade unionists: “Free movement and migration has been part of the London success story. Labour MEPs must play their part to ensure a fair and prosperous labour market for all”.
