Andrew is Labour's Candidate for Hendon in the 2015 General Election.
Andrew served as Labour's MP in Hendon from 1997 to 2010.
In parliament, Andrew developed a reputation as a private members' Bill expert. His first, Holocaust Memorial Day, was taken up by the Government, and is now part of the national calendar.
After leaving Parliament in 2010, he worked as co-ordinator of the Access to justice Action Group, and as a part time tribunal judge.
Andrew was elected as London Assembly Member for the area in 2012 where he has a reputation for challenging Mayor Boris Johnson.
